MORE THAN $130,000 STOLEN BY BROOKVILLE WOMAN

Brookville, PA – A Brookville woman is in jail for allegedly stealing more than $130,000 in cash, jewelry and other items from people’s home.

38-year-old Jessica Robinson is facing three counts each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

According to police, Robinson entered 264 Jefferson Street in Brookville. She allegedly took a large amount of cash and jewelry from 50-year-old Larry Hoak, 50-year-old Heidi Hoak, and 45-year-old Leslie Hite.

Although Robinson is just being arrested now, the thefts took place sometime in May or June.

Unable to post $50,000 cash bail, she remains lodged in Jefferson County Jail. Her preliminary hearing is set for Aug. 17.
