GREENHOUSE FIRE IN JEFFERSON COUNTY QUICKLY EXTINGUISHED

Henderson Township, PA – It’s still unclear what caused a greenhouse in Jefferson County to catch fire on Sunday morning, but firefighters are just glad they were able to extinguish it quickly.

The call came in around 10:25 Sunday morning for a fire at a greenhouse along Sheplar Road in Henderson Township, near Stump Creek.

Within 30 minutes, the flames were under control, and the entire scene was cleared by 11:20.

No injuries were reported.
