court sentence sentenced guilty

Clearfield, PA – A DuBois man will spend time in state prison for selling methamphetamine.

30-year-old Daniel Toney pleaded guilty to possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and criminal use of communication facility. He was sentenced to 9 months to 3 years in state prison.
Toney is also currently serving a 9 month to 3 year sentence for violating his probation for the crime, but the new sentence will run concurrently with the probation sentence, not in addition to it.
The charges stem back to May of 2016 when Toney allegedly sold a gram of meth to a confidential informant for $200.
