SHARE NOW

BROOKVILLE –  A Jefferson County couple faces criminal charges for allegedly trafficking methamphetamine between Ohio and Western Pennsylvania.

According to court documents, both Alex Peace and Rebecca Snyder of Brookville, who are both 27-years-old, have been charged with felony drug possession with the intent to deliver.

On New Year’s Eve, State Police pulled over Peace’s vehicle because he was wanted on active warrants. Snyder allegedly told troopers that there was meth in the vehicle, and that she and Peace sold drugs in the area. Both reportedly admitted to traveling to Ohio every other day to pick up the meth. A warranted search on the car turned up several bags and containers of methamphetamine as well as THC wax and multiple drug paraphernalia items.

The preliminary hearings for both Peace and Snyder are scheduled for July 3rd.
