Two Clarion County residents waived their rights to preliminary hearings on Tuesday.  23-year-old Jennifer Elder of Petrolia and 46-year-old Matthew Hoover of Rimersburg are facing felony drug charges as well as operating a meth lab, and a multitude of other charges.

This all stemmed from the death of Kayla Dunlap of Callensburg and further investigation led police to the home in Rimersburg where Dunlap was known to stay with Elder and Hoover along with Wendy Fross.  Fross is facing felony drug charges as well.
